Hi to all my amazing clients. I am Katie, the owner and sole-baker of Kleine Shoppe. After suffering a major bike accident in 2015 I was ordered to stay home and rest. If any of you know me, you know that telling Katie Morton to do nothing for months is an impossible task. Boredom brought upon my creative side & I began baking to pass the time and haven't stopped since.

Being celiac it has always been near impossible for me to find gluten-free desserts in Montreal. Developing gluten-free recipes and sourcing ingredients from gluten-free factories started by a way of passing the time to a full-time career.
